Officially Myx's power is practically unlimited. But he doesn't usually affect Superman directly because be enjoys toying with Superman (because of how stoic he is). But he also goes out of his way not to warp reality too much, or permanently. Because the lasting damage could destroy the universe. Leaving Myx bored with nothing to do. Myx isn't power hungry or really dangerous. He's just always bored of the 5th Dimension and looking for a laugh in the 3rd.
Clearly this Myx has different ideas about teasing Superman.
