Overall I love the page. the story is great and I like your art. I'm really glad to see some backgrounds that aren't just one color. MJ looks great in the first panel the freckles were a nice touch. If you did more with spider sprite I wont complain its probably my favorite look for Spiderman I've seen from you.
Panel 3 and 4 didn't do anything for me. I'm not a fan of the lighting, scene, transformation nothing...
But panel 5 and 6 made up for anything I didn't like about 4/5. I like spideys pose in both panels both are spot on bimbo. and I really like that you didn't go full blonde. if his/her hair was 100% blonde it would look more "bimboish" but I think it would also be lazy. giving him streaks is a nice balance.
