OKAY, guess I'll pass on THAT LOL. I'm sure I'll find something I can use OTHER than the paper pencil method. I feel bad using it, save a tree and all that stuff. They have made a lot of improvements on tablets and stuff, so I'll shop around some.

I can't knit. Cook because I hate raw food. Don't sing, just mouth along to the song. But I do love trying new stuff at least one time. I like painting I just stink at it. But it's fun and I look at it the same as I do my writing. I enjoy doing it and if someone else likes it too, cool!

Mary Sue makes me shudder.

Time. We would all have so much more if we didn't have to work. LOL

Who knows someone might be trying to give one away or something like it might come up. There is the pen (forget the damn name) that when you write on it special paper it records it and you can transfer your writing to your computer. It's really neat, but costly. (I swear everything is these days.) I never used a tablet but could see that being annoying to write on.

I can only cook some foods and have the habit of forgetting it. (I get distracted easily.) Baking worse, the first batch always works out then I loose interest on the next, resulting to burnt goodies... I don't sing and wouldn't dare. Same here on the trying something new once at least, it never hurts and if you don't you will never know if you would have like it or not. Painting haa haa no... hell no, the brushes hate me and purposely wont do what I tell them! I swear they are possessed! Though I have to admit I like watercolor, but still not good at it. I can't  do traditional drawing anymore, use to, well not the best at the time either, I do all digital now. I can't even do brush strokes for my line work, since my hands shack to much, and it looks god awful. I use AI that makes vector lines and the style of line to the drawing.

That is good you enjoy your writing that is the point. I love telling stories (not stories like lies). I have a thing where I encourage creativity, always did. I have a wild imagination, so writing and drawing make me express it instead keeping it in my head, how I use to. If someone doesn't like my imagination its all good, still makes me happy that one person enjoys it and I can share my scary imagination. I swear I sound a very twisted person on some of my works haa haa.

Yeah agree I hate, I mean hate perfect characters with no flaws! I had a few times where someone told me "Oh Donnie wouldn't be that weak!" "How can (character) let that happen they are a ninja!" Man it's so dumb. People Mary Sue (forget male version) even the tmnt characters. They are only mortal and have their weakness and flaws, as much as they have the strengths and skills. Even if they are well train ninja's they make mistakes and fortune does frown on them. Everything has weaknesses it common sense. Sigh not sure which is worse making a TMNT character all powerful or an OC...

Now that is thinking, prob is we have to work sigh, not saying I hate work, I actually love my job. Still not enough hours still. Let's some how cut out sleep that would work lol.

Honestly, the fact I use a computer impresses me. I am not very tech savvy. I don't even have a cell phone.

I like doing new stuff. Like you said, never know what'll catch your fancy and turn into a new hobby.

Hey, good imaginations are hard to come by. And some of the nicest people write some of the most twisted stuff. One lady I would have never thought even liked horror gave me some of her stuff to read. I was in AWE. It was so creepy, and not in a gory kind of way, but psychologically. It reminded me of Hitchcock.

I think in people's need for "heros" they tend to forget heros get the flu like everyone else and worship the porcelain bowl too. I love heros in stories who act human. Like drive off with their coffee cup on top of the car, and drop their cell phone in the toilet. It makes them more realistic.

I once had a friend who kept a notebook and pen in the bathroom. Said it was where he did his best brainstorming then launched into a rant about how much wasted time is spent in the bathroom. I started taking tub soaks and low and behold everyone left me alone. I was thrilled. I was beginning to think I'd have to start cleaning the roof gutters to get some alone time. LOL
