this is just a "what if" situation. actually, if belle ever pluck the petals of the rose, won't the curse be lifted earlier? lol.(meh - but belle is kind of out of character here - given with her mature attitude and kindness , i bet she won't pluck a flower and sing like a love sick girl.)
i was lauging when i saw some fan arts with "what if" like belle chanting "mirror mirror on the wall" after the beast gave her the mirror, belle turning into a beast, monster inc meets beast. dang... and i thought why not do this? i'm surprise no one yet draw this. (ooopppsss, after a day of submitting this, a kind reader, Brunamf pointed out to me that an artist already drew this situation. check out this amazing artist "heartlessspace")
okay after fooling in beauty and the beast, maybe i'll draw rapunzel plucking out some magical flower. lool~!!! but dang the flower was already used even before rapunzel was born. hmmm

Just kidding! I actually agree a bit. For me, the main reasons Beast looks better is not because he looked especially good, but because 1) The fur and fangs are endearing, and 2) His human form was just "meh."
Oh, and if you're going to draw Rapunzel doing similarly, how about having her pulling petals off of a flower made of coins? I mean, Flynn likes his money, right?
