As everyone tried to figure out what to do Nina just looked down at the nervous mare. She walked over to Alex and took the rope from him. He was a little confused as he watched her start to head down to the pit. "Ah Nina w-" Alex started but was cut off by Vicen. "lets just see." Vicen glanced at him as he watched Nina.

She slowly mad her way down to level ground with K'nex as she stood there for a moment looking at the mare. K'nex stood with her ears flicking around nervously. Nina slowly gestured her arms in away to tell her to come to her. She slowly took some steps back continuing to silently call K'nex to her.

K'nex ears pricked toward Nina as she looked toward her. It too her just a moment to be sure as she slowly started taking steps towards Nina. She could feel the comfort coming from her, the security. Nina couldn't help but smile as she slowly looped the rope loosely around K'nex's neck. She slowly pet the mares cheek and neck. "Good girl." she whispered softly.

"That a girl Nina." Alex said as he smiled. "Is it possible to put some boards down to give her a little more grip? she could possibly lead her out." Vicen asked one of the workers. "Uh i guess?" The worker asked as he looked to Dr. Liz. " I would prefer it then having to use any drugs or force on her." She replied. The workers took that as the all clear as they started strengthening the hill with boards. Nina kept K'nex calm as they worked.

It was soon the moment of truth. Nina slowly started walking backwards giving K'nex a very loose line not wanting to force her into it. " come on girl follow me" She whispered softly. Hesitating just a moment K'nex started to follow her slowly up the hill. Taking very careful steps as the two made there way out. Soon enough K'nex and Nina where safely out of the hole.

Everyone couldn't help but cheer a little quietly. Nina pet K'nex happily." Good work girl you did it." She said with a big smile. "Nina lets get her home and i will check her over to make sure shes not hurt anywhere." Liz spoke as she approached softly.

Vicen thanked the workers for being so helpful and apologized for the inconvenience as everyone started heading off. Once home Liz checked over K'nex who was remarkably in good shape, even her foal sounded healthy. Had to be that wild part of her to be so sturdy.

Nina was just thankful K'nex was home safe and sound.
