Rachel blushed more. "N-no, I don't think so... I uh." she felt flustered again being so close to him. She slowly stepped back and lowered her arms. "Well, w-what are you up to today?" she asked softly. Vicen paused and looked at her for a moment "Nothing really just some paper work.... kinda boring." He glanced at the barn.

Rachel paused and thought for a moment. "Would y-you want to go on a ride and have a picnic with me?" she asked softly looking back up. "I was getting kinda hungry and was planning on making sandwiches and such, I could always make more." she said smiling.
Vicen looked at her and smiled. " A ride and picnic sound great right about now. Im sure Aylen would love to get out of the barn." he laughed a little.

Rachel giggled. "Ya I bet she would. Would it be alright if you and Aylen gave me a ride home so I can get to making the picnic and tacking up Eli?" "Sure thing is it alright if its bareback its easier to ride double that way." he smiled at her as he started to head to the barn. "Ya of course." she smiled softly as she followed him to the barn.

Vicen opened the door to the barn and sure enough Aylen was trying to push her way out of the stall. "hey now girl no need for that." she nickerd loudly at him. Vicen grabbed two lead ropes and clipped them to her halter. a little nicker from Eve came from the stall next to hers. "sorry girl not this time." Vicen said as he lead Aylen out. Rachel looked over at Eve. "Well, if she wouldn't mind being ridden I could ride her today. Get her some exercise?" she smiled softly as she made her way to beside Aylen and gently patted her on the neck. Vicen looked at her for a moment "But what about Eli? Eve just doesn’t like being away from Aylen is all."

"I can always ride Eli later. She prefers to rest in the fields anyway. She's lazy" she laughed and walked to Eve's stall and placed her hand in front of Eve's nose before petting her cheek."oh well ok here let me get you her bridle she’s still young." he dropped Aylen’s reins knowing she would just fallow him as he got Eves bridle and began to put in on her.

Rachel stepped back some to not be in Vicen's way when the back of her feet hit an uneven part in the floor, making her stumble backwards. "Eeee" she exclaimed as she swung her arms forward and grabbed onto Vicen's shirt. Vicen looked at her a little surprised. "Are you ok?" he asked her a little worried. "Haha ya, just tripped a little." she smiled as she reclaimed her balance and stepped back towards Vicen, still holding onto his shirt.

"uh here Eve is ready she may be young but she learnt quick and is rather nice to ride." he said as he opened the stall door handing Rachel the reins. Rachel reached up and scratched Eve's cheek as she took hold of the reins. She smiled at Vicen and led Eve out of the barn. Vicen gathered Aylen’s reins "do you want me to help you up?" he said as he glanced over to Rachel. Rachel blushed. "Oh um. Sure that would be great actually. Being short makes it hard to get on horses sometimes." she said a little embarrassed. Vicen smiled as he walked up to her and grabbed her left leg and help her up onto Eve. He then walked over to Aylen and lifted him self up onto her back. " you ready?"

Rachel smiled and lightly tapped Eve on the neck. She slowly started to walk. Vicen was happy to be riding with Rachel he hadn’t in a while. "So what kind of sandwiches where you planing on making?" "Hmm well I was thinking some egg, since I got eggs ready last night to be peeled. And maybe some tuna or salmon sandwiches. What would you like?" she said smiling softly. " Oh uh any of those sound great actually." he smiled softly at her.

She blushed lightly. "Alrighty! Anything else then? I was thinking of bringing the lemonade I made the other day. And possibly some cheese and crackers, some apples and carrots for the girls too." she said patting Eve on the neck. Vicen laughed " its liked you had this all planed out." he pat Aylen on the neck as well "that all sounds great." he smiled at her. "Haha well I am the one who makes most of the food and stuff at home. Amanda is still all stressed from the lack of staff." she chuckled. They neared the house as she walked Eve up to some polls by the house to tie the horses on.

"uh i know how she feels im looking for more staff now as well. we usually have a set dinner that Kim makes Amy is useless at cooking so she is out." he turned Aylen to where they pols where. "Haha, that’s how most of the people in this house are." she chuckled as she hoped down off of Eve. "I don't need to tie her do I? She should just stay here with Aylen. Unless you want to come in of course." she said blushing slightly.

Vicen hoped off Aylen " I will come help you Aylen will stay right here so in turn so will Eve." He said as he tied the to lead ropes together so Aylen wouldn’t step on them. Rachel looped the reins together so they sat nicely on Eve's neck. "Alrighty!" she said as she made her way to the house, and to the kitchen. She began grabbing the bread and the eggs from the fridge. Vicen fallowed her into the kitchen. " Can i help?" he said softly. "Oh uh sure." Vicen went to the fridge and grabbed the cheese and began to cut it evenly. after he cut a bit he gathered the crackers and put them in a container.

Rachel had already finished making the egg salad, and started spreading it on the bread. She cut them evenly in four slices and placed them in a large container. She then got some tuna and did the same. She grabbed a juice container and went to the fridge to fill it with the lemonade. Vicen looked over everything "wow this all looks great anything else i can do?" Rachel smiled and pointed to the freezer bag that sat just behind where Vicen stood. Vicen glanced behind him then grabbed the freezer bag and handed it to her.

"Thank ya" she said smiling as she put all the food into it neatly. She walked over to the closet by the door and pulled out a blanket. "Alright! All ready!" she said smiling happily as she motioned for the door. Vicen smiled at her as he headed to the door. he got to the door before her and held it open. Aylen’s hears perked up when she heard them.

Rachel blushed "Thank you." she said sweetly as she made her way out the door towards Eve. She untied the reins from the back of her neck."do you want me to carry anything?" he said as he went to help her up.
"Um it's ok. I can just put the blanket on Eve and then carry the bag in one arm so its not to much trouble" she smiled as she placed the blanket on Eve's back and looked up and cleared her throat. "Uh, could I get some help again?" she blushed softly. " Oh yes sure." he smiled as he helped her get on to Eve then handed her the bag. he quickly went around and got up on Aylen. " where are we riding to?"he asked her.

"I was thinking the beach out back of our land? Sound ok?" she asked sweetly. "sounds great i haven’t been there in a while." he smiled at her as he turned Aylen. Rachel smiled softly as she clicked and got Eve to start walking.
