Mmm! Incredible piece. Great colours and composition.
The creature and it's pose look great and the angle of the horizon works here well.
The movement looks rather strong here so I bet the lady would bend more to the right side of the dragon.
Or then she's really strong 'cause she's leaning to the opposite direction. Strong willpowers or such, maybe?

i personally dont think the bottom right hand corner needs anything.. it may become to busy and lead your eye away from the dragon and the rider... completely up to you tho lol

No, I do not think you should add anything. The eyes are already drawn to the dragon's head first then up to the next bright thing, the woman up top. To have something else would just distract and clutter the image. Most likely you would draw it dark but still the eyes would focus on the whatever you put down there thirdly causing too much busyness. In my opinion I really think anything down there would just clutter it up.
