I've yet to see the character's description or anything, But I just can't help but notice she's wearing something strikingly similar to a militia uniform like dress. I love it because you make her look so soft and sweet despite this! I really love the way her eyes were done. It's almost as though you can see through her eyes, almost a 3D effected window. I supposes it's because of that that I feel like I can tell so much about a character I know /nothing/ about. Despite it being considerably "anime" there are some realistic features that I do enjoy about this. The fact that her skirt has some messy ruffles, as opposed to being completely perfect adds to the amount of detail that makes it pop. Posture is fantastic, shading is precise, and lastly..
I love that she has a cute 'lil bow in her hair that tops off the "loli in a militia dress" motif I picked up on. Love it!
