I think I made him cute. And fucked up the perspective. Who knows man.

What an interesting pose!
I would get rid of the lines near his feet, they are distracting and make the peice look messy (no off). If he's standing on water, and you need those lines, then perhaps paint them to look more like ripples in water. Also the miscellaneous grayish lines, which I assume are background, perhaps clean those lines up a bit. Just dabbing a brush onto the canvas doesn't create effective background.
Don't take me wrong, it's a very nice pose and I love the cuteness in it!

The messy lines in the background are rather important for the pic, but it's something only people who have played the game can understand

Minato is so awesome he has his own way of giving the universe the bird. Anyways perspective wise something is off.. I think it is the head and mp3 player. I can't really point out what because I'm not good at perspective either but yeah..

la perspectiva te ha quedao rarisima pero igualmente el dibujo mola un monton!! :3 aunque igual pienso que las lineas que haces para hacer las luces y tal te kedarian mejor si fueran mas mmmm menos hechas al azar >.< no se si me entiendes quizΓ‘ mas finitas y con el trazo mas redondito y tal en lugar de tan desigual te quedarΓa mejor, ya que has hecho ondas y tal >_< solo te digo para que mejores en ese aspecto el fallo que yo personalmente encuentro, porque la perspectiva ni yo soy buena y eso es practicarlas >_> y como yo...suckeo en eso tambien, pues es solo un consejo :3 no te lo tomes a mal >_< pero podria quedarte mucho mejor si no las haces tan random las lineas XD
