“Hey look! I think I see a squirrel!”

Ah yes, one of the good ol’ things back then, DWTD. I drew my favorite beans, Numskull and Stupa here, looking up in a tree.

To be honest, DWTD really has gone through a slump and back again. Ever since Metro Melbourne sold it to Playside in around 2019 or 2020, it really has gone through a complete curve, where the animations went from fine to horrible and where a whole load of terrible things happened to the beans. (Not physically though)

But, after some time of ignoring it, I came back to check, and I saw that they paid a tribute to them by painting a mural in a train station in Australia. I guess they also made a card game and a fourth installment, but that really warmed my heart when I saw it. It’s a great series, and though it did get a bit atrocious at a time, they made a nice comeback and pulled it out of the gutter.
