I made a poll here: saniika.deviantart.com/journal⦠asking my followers what is the most difficult thing for them to be drawn.Some of the comments suggested hands. For the moment this is all I can do - I made a simple short tutorial how to draw hands.

Hmm. Men do have more square fingertips, don't they? I knew their hands were shaped differently than female hands, but I didn't know how so (well, besides the size of their hands and the width of the fingers, as well as the fingernail shape at times, ha ha). This was interesting, and it made me realize how much I really like male hands. Thanks!

This is meant more as stylization in the extreme - it depends on type of the body/physique. You could say this tutorial is showing idealized form of hands.
I was fascinated by knuckles a lot, but did not add them here, since it should be very easy.
