Description
My first commission. V for Vendetta.I asked the requester for a song, she likes (or wants the mood of it in picture.)
This is the song: What else is there (the lyris are like written for him o_o)
"V's isolation - like he is a boat adrift on the ocean at night"
I did my best to acchieve it. 3 days, pencil, colorpencil, watercolorpencil and inked lines. Format A4

I like it, but I can't help it, I think that his hair has to be in motion, with all the waves and the somehow obvious wind...?

Hm. I wanted to picture him almost motionless, very calm...pensive. Thats why no hair motion. The strom isnt actually storm, its mist...you see its his way to the other side, so there are no real things...natural stuff...hmm...hard to explain...

Du solltest es sehen. Er ist ein wirklich interessantes character....und trotzdem dass da eine Hetero Beziehung passiert, es ist etwas was du dir nicht mal vorstellen kannst...wirklich....

Your drawings of V are always amazing and capture the character so well! I like how red is the only bright color it makes it stick out but in a good way. I also like how subtiled the blue is in the shading. I really like the the clouds as well. Awesome job as always.

It was really tricky to choose the colors. Only black would be too classy and boring. Only red would be too yelling and poster-like. I decided for red and blue, but had to pay alot of attention becouse those were cold and warm color. Glad you noticed it.

You're right - it does fit. "If I am the storm..."
I love the stark lighting from below; you are really, really good at drawing realistic bodies and expressive poses, and conveying mood.
