Size - A4, Time - Over 3.5 hours, Media - Letraset Pro and Flex MarkersSo second to having a Night Fury I would love to have a Titan Wing Sand Wraith from Dreamworks How to Train Your Dragon. They are so beautiful! I didn't know this species existed until I downloaded the app game on my tablet and managed to find and hatch and train one. :3 I tried colouring the scales in rather than drawing them, although it was a little difficult trying to create some of the scales dark enough. Originally he was just hovering in flight, or perhaps just readying to land? But I wasn't sure if his posture would support that idea so I started to sketch some spiky rock shards that he could be clinging to and then spreading his wings to ready for flight., but I never coloured them in. I had great fun colouring him in, reds and oranges blend so nicely together.

*EDIT -- 20.10.15 -- Enhanced the colour slightly of the photograph to make the colours a lit clearer to identify. I am amazed by people who can actually take good photographs even with bad lighting. Does it look too blurry now?*

Thank you, I appreciate the comment. It was the first time that I've really tried adding a littler bit of fine-liner on top of coloured scales to make them stand out a bit more.

Do you play school of dragons? You can get one in the game

Um, maybe? I play the game that you can get on a tablet, it's the game where you collect resources such as Wood and Fish - and upgrade those areas - and wood is used to build houses for Vikings and increases their number, and Fish is used to feed dragons and level them up. You can also send Toothless and Hiccup out to search for resources and also Dragon Eggs. I think the one I play is the Rise of Berk of something.

You should play school of dragons. You get either a monstrous nightmare, hideous zippleback, deadly nadder or gronkle for your first dragon. Then you pay money for gems and buy more dragons. The game has quests and multiplayer. Check it out if you want.

Haha I guess the Burgundy that I used for some of the darker parts does look a little brown, but also the lighting of the picture isn't the best - oh well.
