Good movement, little bit jerky, but still good and very beleivable. If you are continuing your pursuit for a more realistic look, blur the reflection on the eyes a bit. Reflections aren't quite that sharp, or at least the ones in my wife and daughters eyes aren't

hehe.. well this is basically how it works for any 3d game character or 3d animation.. the basic principal is all the same.. the difference is the amount of detail put on a rig.. the more detail the more expressive you can go with your character..
