Dunno if You can control the animation, but hands were "made" a little bit too soon IMHO. But treat animation anywayΒ

thank you.. the size of the hands have nothing do with the control of the animation but i could resize them if i wanted to but to be honestΒ i think they look just fine.. if i would make them smaller i think it will look really weird

No no, the size is okay, the whole person looks fine
It just, to me (and maybe just to me) as the body materialises, the hands are first visible/finished part of the body. I would make them materialise after chest.

oh, thats what you mean.. the whole character is actually materializing all at the same time, but the particles are mostly around the center of the character so i guess it looks like the hands show up earlier then the rest of the body

thanks.. there is still a couple of particlesΒ that react dfferent in the scene from the rest and i dont know why they are doing that.. its really difficult to get a good understand of it all but that makes its really fun too
