Tada! Here's Erin's necklace! I made it after I ran around the house yelling, "The Ramune bottle has been DEFEATED!!!"I had this chain from awhile ago, and I had been into making necklaces so I already had the little rings and the fastener on hand. Just a few minutes and Wahla! Erin's necklace!... Minus the little fairy inside.

That's awesome, I'm still struggling to figure out how to make the marbles out of jewerly (I'm even painting the bottles that I haven't broken). Excellent pic, instant fav

Thank you for the fave! I love the Ramune bottles; I used to have a bunch, but they got sticky and I threw them out. I always know where to find more, though! As for making the marbles into jewelry, this is the only one I've tried it on. I super-glued the little gold thing on top, put another ring on it, and just threaded my chain through. Since these marbles are made of glass they'd probably be too heavy to use as earrings, but putting more beads around them or painting then (I actually colored one with Sharpie, that seemed to work very well) would make them stand out more. What's this "Ramune bottle" people have been talking about? I'm starting to want one. They seem to have prettyful marbles in them!

Here, I'll see if I can find a link to a picture on Google... [link] The marble is seen sitting in its little reservoir, when it's normally stored in the cap near the top to seal the bottle. It comes with a small plastic cap thing that you unwrap and set on top of the marble, then you WHACK it really hard, which sends the marble into the bottle and opens it so you can drink the tasty beverage inside. The problem is getting the marble out of the bottle again; you either have to break the bottle (but that's cheating) or carve away at the hard plastic and rubber stopper in the top of the bottle. It takes some real work, but worth it! Thanks for the comment as well!

haha, I did the same thing the first time I had Ramune. I wanted to keep the marble and I had the type of lid that doesn't screw off and didn't have anything to get it off with, so I was chewing on it all night at a party trying to get through the plastic XD
If I had the connectors I'd make it into a necklace hehe, it's pretty!
