Very beautiful! I love the way you use watercolors!Β Β
The coffee brings back memories for me. I used a lot of coffee and tea back when I was still in elementary school (well it wasn't that long ago but it seems like foreverΒ Β )
I used it for a lot of art projects and for a history project to make the paper look yellowed by age. I even remember burning the ends of the papers slightly! Just found it funny how your work brought back all those memories for me.Β
Awesome job!Β

aww.. thank you so much!
oh really? I never thought you'd draw in school with something like that. Well we never have, just all the time with the same boring colours. And aging the paper with that technique sounds quite interesing, it must have been real fun

You're welcome!
Well to be honest the technique wasn't really required.Β
I just used it of my own accord after reading about it in an art book I received as a gift.Β
And It was extremely fun to do! It's been a while but maybe I'll try using it again in one of my paintingsΒ Β

Very nice work , all your nature studies have been very successful in my opinion, it can be tricky trying to get that natural organic look with plants and leaves, no such problem here!

these nature study paintings you are doing are just great love the unconventional medium your using ,and in conjunction with watercolors. Its soo cool that coffee lends itself to painting

no I guess every coffee works. But I recommendΒ to make the coffee as dark as possible, otherwise you'll hardly see it on paper
