Excellent - The atmosphere you're create here is pretty amazing. I love how the robes on the creature hint at how gaunt and grotesque it must be without being too overt - one's imagination fills in the rest. Creepy.

Oh, it reminds me of "The mask of the Red Death" by E.A. Poe. I recommend you to read it and see some shot from the adaptation to the big screen by Roger Corman. There you can see the similarity with the tones and colors of this image. Fantastic work and good luck with your graphic novel!
