u just need to open any image editing software (i used GIMP here) and turn the saturation down.

I tried to see how long it took to use the eraser tool and god, it took a week to do so

Only takes half an hour if I turn pic black/white and not use erase tool. And olnly 45 minutes if I leave picture colored and not use eraser tool
