Description
FULL VIEW AT OWN RISK. 30MB AHEAD...it will go through "cleaning up" progressions, so be patient if you want to see the detail clearly. (At least 15 layers to this painting, I wish I counted them all.)This picture was taken with a better camera and the colors are more true, the first will be left up because you can view it easier. (Reasonable file size.)
This acrylic painting is 4' x 5' and is already sold. (By commission actually.) It has been requested by a few people as a print, hence the incredibly large file size.

Thank you very much.
I don't have any works in galleries right now, but I do have some in restaurants. (You take what you can get, right?) Skyline (the one this was based on) was hanging in San Francisco in the lobby of a large corporate building with a few of my other pieces.
I was just asked to do a benefit at a polo tourney again this year, but after last year I figured out that my stuff was too much for that crowd, lol. Not my customer base. (Although I was approached by a winery for a display, so not all bad.)
Yes, the detail is lost in the smaller images. This particular painting has so much detail you want to press your nose against it to see everything. Believe it or not, only the black lines have any relief to them, if you were to run your finger across the center of any of the "buildings" it would be completely smooth. The many, many layers of glazing with subtle colors does that for you.
Thanks again...as you can see I like this one and enjoy talking about it.
