On an overall basis, I prefer ANY of the original voices over the dubs - especially the danish ones (fyi: I'm a dane), which suck so bad, it's almost sacriliege...

I think the Jap voice for Gai is better at expressing that youthful glee he is so laced with, but as far as I remember the english wasn't so bad either...
But it's been a while since I've seen any of the dubs ^^

The English dub is OK. My second fav for Gai. I'm chilean, so we get the Mexican dub, and Gai's not bad but not good either!!

D'you think there's a danish dub somewhere for ep. 22?
I bet it's nothing. Try the Czech dub on Youtube. It broke mah skull

The danish dubs are only at episode 10 or something; we got started late
I'll have to look into those dubs - they sound like fun ^^

Then its bad - we usually have really good dubs. Probably anime is one of those, they dont understand .. Or they copied american dub - that would be the worst!

I agree, the dubs are more fun if you understand what is being said... Though sometimes you can get a kick out of just who they chose, and how that voice sound coming out of a small boy dressed in green

Always nice to learn something new - so far I stuck with the Jap, and the English if nothing else was to be found (I got started on the serise only a year back or so, and the early episodes were hard to come by in Jap online...

You can get the Jap subbed, if anything. I got some Shippuden raw.
I started on the series on Feb. 22, 2007... in Spanish. Though I read the first chapter in 2005 and watched lazily eps. BUT ALL HAD THAT GODAWFUL SASUKEEEEE *rant*
