I used watercolours to paint everything, and a little bit of ink outlining the fairy, and that's about it. Ohh and white gouache for the racoons. Thanks for you comment!

What type is the new one? I've really been wanting a LARGE FORMAT printer, but I'll have to save up - I've been saving up for a new (really expensive) airbrush, but I'm always interested in the latest in print technology.

I bought an Epson Inkjet R1900. You can view it here: [link]
The largest size it prints at is 13" x 44" BorderFree. Which is pretty big, I think, for an at home printer. It is said to be the most professional printer for the most affordable price (I read that in an online review). It's also really BIG XD The ink is pricey, but when is ink ever cheap? It's supposed to be the best ink on the market - Ultra Chrome Ink, which produces the best quality prints. It also lasts for 200+ years. You can also print on a variety of papers at various sizes: watercolour paper, glossy, satin, luster, matte... etc...
I'm very excited to get my baby in the mail (free ground shipping wee!), and will definitely make a journal with my own pictures of it in action & my review.

ooh and about gouche.... I only used the white paint on the racoons, that was the only bit I used ^_^ and yes, it's not my favourite type of paint. I find that colours are less vibrant, and more... mucky.
