So my hubby took me and Logan today to see Frozen and OMGOSH. EVERYBODY IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD MUST SEE THIS MOVIE!!!! I am not exaggerating by any means necessary. If you haven't seen it and you're a Disney fan, then go do it. Seriously. GO SEE IT. It was such a beautiful story, powerful and moving with just the right angles of comedy. I laughed, I cried, I got angry, but left happy. One of THE best Disney movies to date!!! Oh and Elsa is DEFINITELY my favorite character hence why she gave me such inspiration to draw her! I hope you guys enjoy her as much I enjoyed drawing her! I will definitely be drawing more of her in the future. She was a BLAST to make! I really had so much fun with this piece! Anyway, dragging my happy ass to bed now lol. Thanks so much in advance for any comments and/or faves!

I love this movie, I love Elsa, I love "Let It Go," and I LOVE this artwork of Elsa! Seriously this is done so well in capturing her essence, and this is going into my favorites right now!

Mandi, I went to see this movie and I loved it! My favorite characters are Elsa, Olaf and Sven, can't forget them. I can relate to Elsa and you the same way. I know both versions of Let It Go off by heart but I have to say, Idina's is the better of the two. I wish you could come here and we could go see it again. But I know you can't and you're very busy.

Yeah, my hubby took me and our son to go and see it yesterday. Easily one of the best Disney films ever made!!! My favorite is Elsa, but Olaf is totally adorable and so funny!

Yeah, I know... I never ever thought I'd see the day... because you know how much I love Ariel, but Elsa is just... so amazing. Idk. Lol! I can relate to her more than I can Ariel in terms of what the character is going through and what she's feeling. The things she deals with are a metaphor to the things I deal with in my life. I think that's why.

Me too! I even always felt if I were to have an element it would be ice and water, and the song 'Let it Go' gave me chills in the cinema. I'll play it on youtube over and over.
I even went to see Frozen twice at the cinema, which I very rarely do.

Haha same here! That's why I created a character a few years ago with that elemental power (Leilana), so that's one reason why I connected so much with Elsa, but the song Let It Go spoke volumes to me because all my life I've been told to keep my thoughts and feelings and emotions to myself. The "conceal, don't feel" part got me really good in particular. I've always been sort of an introvert. Preferring to keep to myself. I don't get involved in big groups of people or have tons of friends because I keep to myself so much, and sometimes just hide away from the world. Awww haha you should honestly give it a try! I used to be able to think that I could only draw ponies, but I took the plunge and practiced really hard and I still have a long way to go, but I am pretty proud of what I have accomplished thus far!

I totally agree. I think Elsa is definitely one of my favourites, but I also love Rapunzel. I also loved the fact she had no love interest (although I really thought it was going to be Kristof because of his passion for ice) and the idea that true love isn't just romance. It had the same spark Mulan had to it <3

They are actually going to be creating a sequel to Frozen. What the story components are yet, I have no idea, but I would love to see Elsa have a love interest, especially since Anna has Kristoff. But I get what you mean.

Oh, I'm not saying I don't want her to have one down the line, it was just refreshing to have a princess film that didn't revolve around the true loves kiss at the end xD Anna and Kristoff had a nice small kiss at the end of the film but it was just nice to have the film not focus a lot on it.

My sisters, nieces and nephew all went to see Frozen just before Christmas and they all said it was wonderful too. I really want to get the chance to see it myself!

Awww, you really need to go see this movie, Amy! It's really deep, powerful and moving and funny! Olaf, the snowman, is positively adorable in this movie and awww, you should! Elsa is amazing! ♥
