Oh, yes! I love that picture. In the sketch for this drawing I have 3 variants. This one, the one with scary hands stretching out of smoky substance and the one with a snake coiled on Snape's chest, like in a classical nightmare.

I always thought Snape never got much sleep...
loooove it, especially the dark mark above him and his hands...I have a fixation on well-done Snape hands

Thank you! I so totally share your fixation. I'm not especially happy about how his hands turned out here. I usually draw in black and white and then colour, it allows me better shading, but decided to give it up and do this one in colour from scratch. I'm still rather sucky at it, but the colours turned out much better.
