First I'll note this is really good and I don't blame you in any way
So I really think this is a pleasant character. she has nice colours which work well together. the anatomy is pretty stable but there is a thing I'd admit.
Her chests. I know this is probably just a silly mistake but they aren't the same size. an easy way to avoid this is by flipping the image.
otherwise, the lines are clean, the shading is nice and soft and the colours are pleasant to look at.
and only 3 stars on the impact because (I think) it's not really supposed to give an impact to anybody (at least emotionally

Wait she is a husky? I always thought she was more of a cat because of the slender body and quite short snout. If you want Summer to be a husky/dog like i recomend making the snout either bigger ir a little longer and also maybe adding a lil more fur to her to indicate that she is more of a dog. I really first thought she was a cat with that long taol too i know huskies have a swirly tail, but mind maybe making it a little shorter. I hope this comment didnt stress you or hurt you in any way, its just some advice!
