It's her character Numbah 317 and Chad from KIDS NEXT DOOR 
KND is awsome. I watch it from time to time. I still need to do 's kiriban picture XD I HAVE THE LINEART!! I will try to get it done asap ;_;
CONTEST NOTEAs you guys may know... I am holding a contest. 1st place gets 3 month sub, 2nd place gets a 1 month sub, 3rd place will get a cged picture, and an honorable mention gets a simple picture.
