The central hub of The Ark, The Core! Witch in fact is a moon or small planet that the Forerunners/Sentinels harvest raw materials from in order to build the Halos and make repairs on the Ark. Very smart indeed.(Klick for HD resolution)

I hope they bring a Halo Game with the forerunners, I don't think the Halo Series Ends up in Halo 3, because you heard a mysterious Sound at the End of the legendary ending

They just can't leave Master Chief and Cortana in space like that.
Bugie will however NOT be making any more Halo games after Halo Reach, that's a fact!
BUT, 343 Industries/Studios will surely carry on the Halo games.
And the fact that you see the destinct Forerunner symbol on the surface on the planet as it lights up by a sun/star in the Legendary Ending sceen sugests that it's another Shieldworld like the one in Halo Wars.
Wich means it's a great chance to finally see the Forerunners, if some survived or what they left behind on that planet.

Yep always interesting, the Halo story is sooo interesting and so huge, thats why I love this game, beside it is an awesome sci-fi game with zombie-like parasites and aliens
