Tadaaa...Sasuke is okay(ish) for now. But will he listen to Kakashi?We've had a heat wave where I live, and I've worked on this in 30 minute increments before I got too hot - no air conditioning. I literally was dripping sweat, but tonight it's finally cooling off so I finished it. As with all my work, I put a lot of my heart into it. So here's something new I've seen other artists do. I'll post the next page once I receive 30 comments on this page. Asking for the next page doesn't count Β , put some effort into it! huzzah!!! I post for feeback, and do you know how many hours goes into a comic page? Not just mine but your other fav artists as well. So please, be kind to us

I know it must take a lot of time to draw such a page and you did it so well! I love how a ll the characters look like in the original series, especially Kakashi in the last panel looks so genuine, but also Naruto in his fourtailed form, agh, I don't know what to praise first!
You show the agony of Naruto/Kyuubi so masterly, I'm producing stress hormones while looking at the drawings! I hope Naruto can revert to his own form and we have cheesy scene between Sasuke and him.
Referring to your question: No, of course Sasuke won't do what Kakashi suggests, he's stubborn and in deep worry about Naruto.

I like how in the chat bubbles you can see some of the background lineart in it, I don't think I've seen that before. Idk I thought it's pretty cool. hehe

Thank you! The technique is used in shojo-type manga a lot. I actually did it by accident on the first page and kept it going cause I liked the effect.

Sasuke is always biting off more than he can chew. As for Sakura, yes she's lurking somewhere, scared shitless. I actually don't mind Sakura, especially the way she is currently int he anime/manga, she's really matured. But back then...she was really useless I have to say. Still, team 7 is awesome, I just can't be bothered integrating her too much into this doujin.

Of course he is, for a child prodigy he can be a bit of a moron. I never liked Sakura even when they made her kick ass in Shippuden. Hard to bring a girl into a boy love comic...

Poor Sasuke
I can tell you put a lot of effort into this...
Especially the shading of their skin and clothes! I also like how you decided to make most of it black and white except for everything red, it makes Sasuke's injuries and Naruto/Four tails stand out more.
the plots awesome too, I can't really imagine how this would turn out if it actually did happen in the manga, but now I don't since you're making your own version! I really hope you do continue this since it is a great comic.

I know how many time it takes drawing a comic page... I really enjoy drawing pages but at least I nearly need a whole day finishing one page (with bachground) maybe I m just slow but even if I am it still is difficult. I hate worrying about how to place the planels and at least there still is the story problem... But this is great and please continue! does it count if I add 10 more coments?Β

I definitely still need a lot of references for Kakashi, so that's why it looks the way it does. I'll eventually get my owl style of drawing him, it's already happening. And I'm glad you find he's in character, I always aim to keep their personalities canon.
I agree with your love of making comics. There's something different about them than normal art; I think because you have the ability to tell a good story and show the reader EXACTLY what you mean it to look like. It's a powerful medium. I've found that with practice and learning some short cuts, I've been able to cut down the time it takes me to make a page.

Yeah, I think thats it, and I think you re quite free how to design the pages, if you want to draw a background with trees and such Environment things, or some glitter, or whatever and it s such an awesome medium <3 Don t know why some people think comics are for lazy and silly guys, espeacially drawing them is more work than writing a book, I mean reading comics is maybe lazyer than reading a book but I think it s just diffrent than books.
Ah, okay ^^ I will try drawing a longer comioc now so let s see, if I ll get faster (hopefully I will).

Naruto looks really troubled after hurting Sasuke. I know it's weird, but I think that's really sweet! He cares a lot for him! And apparently Sasuke too, since he looks so determined to save him XD I hope Sasuke doesn't get even more hurt though...
I can't WAIT for the next page! Seeing Naruto's reaction to him hurting Sasuke will be interesting. And I want to know what Sasuke will do to calm Naruto down and get him back to his old self again (though I think I already know...meh. Who knows.)

Wow! This is soo cool. I often imagined how it would go if Naurto were to loose control and only Sasuke could get him to calm down. There are many fanarts about that as well but I've nver seen an actual dojin of it. And in color on top of it! It's just wow! You've got my deepest respect for this. I completely agree. Comments like "Great!" or "Looks awesome!" Are nice to hear, but easily forgotten again. The more feed-back the better. Not just compliments (with nothing to back it up with) or just asking for more, but instead/also comments worth to remember, critics or handy tips. Maybe I should ask for those also more often.
