The warmth of Australia was a breath of fresh air to Magnus as he got Esoteric ready for the halter class. The young stallion was taking advantage of the morning start to take a quick nap as his handler carefully combed in the checkerboard quarter marks on his haunch. The final touches were made before Magnus gently woke Eos for the walk to the arena.

Soft sunbeams cut through the leaves of the gum trees as the pair passed the white fencing into the campground area. It was a beautiful sunrise and they stood calmly, looking around at the other pairs to see how the others were faring. A small commotion caught Eos's eyes in the form of a black mare pinning her ears at a bird flying past. The warmblood huffed and directed his attention back to his handler. Sure enough it was time for them to exhibit gaits and they made their way along the fence's edge.

'Another two years has really flown by, huh' Magnus thought to himself as he slowed Eos back to a halt at the edge of the arena. Here's to hoping this futurity would be a success for the barn. Some good news surely would be welcome.
