I modelled and unwrapped this building as a small part of my biggest personal project ever. It is meant to be tiled in a row, as many as I need to house as many soldiers as I decide should reside in them. This doesn't have any end caps or bend pieces, but the point of posting it is to use it for texture practice anyway, so I'm giving it out as is! It has a full interior, minus funishings, and the windows and doors are ready to be animated (they all slide). I'm happy with the unwrap, and I'm sure texturing this will be good experience for anyone who would like to be a texture artist, or even just as a practice for someone who is already a texture artist, but this is really aimed for beginners.

Included is the OBJ file, ready to be imported into whatever 3D program you use, and a PSD UV template, for you to paint over and apply to the model, both in a RAR archive. Everything is clearly labeled in the template, so that you don't even need the 3D program for anything but rendering, because if you're a beginner, you probably want to paint the texture and see if you like the process before finding out the little details, like how to find where things are in 3D. Do you know what I mean? I forgot, it's kinda late. Wait a minute, I normally don't go to bed till three hours later than it is now... oh well. You can use this model for anything you want, as long as it is non-profit - just remember to credit me with a link back here please! And if anyone DOES use this for anything, I'd like to see it, so let me know!
