I think I get it. This is a picture of Aloe and Lotus Blossom as fillies. They went for a swim in a lake, and it changed their lives. That flower later appeared as their cutie mark. Clever and cute.

They don't officially have any yet. You can check at the FiM wiki [link] what people went with, but of course you have the freedom of naming them whatever you like. The pink coated is named Aloe and Tranquil Blossom. The blue coated is either Lotus or Healing Waters.
