just a quickie note: i have a vast and various collection of character designs i haven't touched for a while, in fact i think it would be considered a literal plethora. so since i've finally got time and space to sit down and so some artwork and writing, i thought i'd update and revamp some of my favorites. some i didn't alter much, and others, really old (like 1995-99 old) ones, i spent a little more time on, but it was fun, i'll probably eventually rework all of them, so just keep an eye out...

captain of a smuggler ship in a sci-fi comic i'm actually actively developing at the moment. i did a mural on a wall of my high school of her my senior year, though all of the art murals have since been painted over. bastards. anyway, she's the human leader of a rag-tag alien crew known as the Black Talons aboard her ship, the Raptor. she was raised as part of a genetic experiment by aliens called the Rilosians, but later escaped and joined the rebellion against their oppressive reign throughout the galaxy, while searching for others of her species. that's about as much development as i've done to this point, but i am working on it. here's some of her details...
