LOL...the "Jolly Old Dark Elf" himself! On Halloween, he circles the globe in a flying hearse pulled by a team of thirteen gigantic swamp rats. Blacklist in hand, he visits the homes of fearful children to administer painful bites and leave nasty surprises on the living room floor. Muwahaha!
