Unless getting kicked in the nads makes you cry out (scream more like) regardless of what you do, then I'd say giving birth. That being said, I have a feeling that the immediate pain of birth giving goes away much faster...though my hips are still recovering and it's been five weeks.
Hmm...still a toss up. I'll say that it probably depends on a person's individual pain tolerance.
