Just noticed now that you live in Finland too. 
I had similar problems with my own Shep too. This is her in ME2: [link]

Had to make many changes cause the original import made her look terrible and still it doesn't look like she was in ME2

I guess there were a lot of problems with importing the faces : (
The one thing that really annoyed me was that they didn't put all the hairstyles to me3 : /
