"It's time" Ahadi's voice echoed through the almost empty cave within Pride Rock. Uru picked up Taka and Ahadi picked up Mufasa and he led the way. The sun had just risen and the sky was a beautiful blue. The wind wisped through Ahadi's dark mane and Mufasa sneezed making Ahadi smile. Uru brushed her tail against Ahadi and they shared a look of pure love, not only for each other but for their sons. When they reached the edge of Pride Rock the pride roared and the animals both big and small bowed before their future leaders. The animals stomped their feet and cheered in such harmony it was almost musical. A strong breeze blew against Ahadi and he felt the presence of his father watching on from the stars. Ahadi placed Mufasa safely between his tremendous paws and Uru placed Taka between hers. Ahadi inhaled deeply and the roared along side Uru. The roar rang over the land and the animals returned with their own cries of pride. Uru smiled at Ahadi who nodded and they picked their sons up and retreated to their home with the lionesses looking on with glee and some with tears of joy. As the sun rose in the sky so did the young princes futures.
