One of my recent work for my portfolio.Both of this characters are some of my favorite ones from Marvel.
I always felt that Gambit had the coolest design including his abilities though not everyone think so. Blowing up probably anything with his kinetic powers that alone i thought was so cool.
thanks for looking as usual, anyway i was glad that i did this coz i was having a hard time getting myself to start work again for tis brand new year lol tis definately boost up my drive again, just what i needed lol and whatsmore Wolverine the movie is coming out!

Gambit is my fav X-Man, this earned a fav of mine for two reasons: you did a great looking Gambit pose here & I like the strokes you used as well as the fuzzy/blurry looking finish of the whole piece. Wolverine looks great too, though if that black dot is his eye, I probably would've personally either left it out or faced it toward Gambit, but that's just me. Awesome looking piece, def on my favs!

Wolverine and Gambit, are in fact, the best! Great work! I hate when people try to make Wolverine tall... you captured that short, stocky look great.
And I agree man, Gambit has the best powers, along with the costume.

awesome cover-style piece! i love that you gave each one such a great pose and personality. with wolverine goin berserk, looking for a fight, and gambit just chillin there almost like "what? you really want to step up to this??" great work!! also, i was wondering do you usually start with thumbnails, or do you just get a feeling and delve right into the painting?

Haha I know what you mean. I would bring up Gambit, and people would look at me strangely. I'm glad that they're bringing in his character in the new Xmen movie. Should be interesting. Apparently they're going to have a fight off between Gambit and Wolverine. XD!
