Challenge 3: Content

I don't think I'm happy with this one... I feel like it could use more work, but I want to move onto the next challenge since I'm so behind.

I chose Seaspray for this theme challenge because I think he's the type to just be happy being in or near water. I also think he needs some more love.

Seaspray is all one layer, so he was a pain to color in.

I used references for the pose and a little for the background.
