Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals...Just went and saw Thor: Dark World. Loved it, go see it now. It had action, it had comedy, it even had some so-so touching moments.
Yeah, we all know how this would play out. But you know what, it's Friday, let's all just take a moment to enjoy the fact that the weekend is here... then giggle at the thought of Azula trying to take down the God of Thunder.
Ah... Deadliest Mortal.

azula fires lightning at thor, to find out it has no effect. thor fires his lightning at azula, azula finds out she can't bend thors lightning and gets barbecued.

I kind of have to disagree. So far all we know is that Azula can redirect lightnings, and since Zuko wanted to find lightnings to redirect for himself when his uncle didnΒ΄t want to shoot some at him, it can be assumed that not only firebenderΒ΄s lightnings can be redirected, but also normal ones. So, while I see that Azula might redirect one of ThorΒ΄s lightnings, I doubt that sheΒ΄ll get away completely unharmed, seeing as they appear to be more powerful than regular lightnings.

-Azula shoots lightning at Thor
-Thor just doesnΒ΄t give a damn, but it surprised that Azula can shoot lightnings
-Thor shoots a lightning
-Azula redirects it but takes some damage, leaving her confused for a few seconds
-Thor throws his hammer at her

Hmm. Well, it's been a while since I watched Avatar, but I don't really remember Azula doing anything that would let her survive a lightning bolt to the face, so I'd go with Thor.

Not meant to offend anivalo, but this is a DEATH BATTLE suggestion, in on this show, all the opponents use deadly force, regardless of their general attitude over killing opponents on their source material. So, the reasoning that Thor wouldn't use deadly force on Azula, even if true on his comic, has no meaning on this battle!
