Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals...Mewtwo: The strongest psychic pokemon to ever exist, Mewtwo's mind is sharp, yet all the same he seeks meaning.
Arthas: A former hero, Arthas has embraced the role of the Lich King, and now seeks to subjugate all life to the undead Scourge.
Now, when the most powerful psychic battles a master of evil magic, the world will quake in awe. Can Arthas win against an opponent that shake the ground with his very thoughts? Can Mewtwo win against a being able to summon an army of the undead to assail him? The battle will be long and hard, but in the end, only one can be...
THE DEADLIEST MORTAL!
Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.

A Pokemon versus a extremely powerful king with almost invincible armor and steals people souls with a super powerful runic sword? And has an army of the people he ruthlessly killed and raised them from the dead to be even more powerful? And he killed 25 of the most strongest hero's ever... In one second? Yeah I think I know who wins.

Mewtwo's got his strong points with the super-powerful-psychic-ability thing going on, but sorry to say, Arthas would likely trounce him.
Mewtwo has psychic abilities.
Arthas has an ENTIRE ARMY of undead beings ready to bash your brains out, and to top it off, has an awesome-looking cursed sword by his side.
Sorry, Mewtwo, but my vote's with Arthas.

Sorry to say Mewtwo, but Arthas would walk all over him. Arthas toyed with the strongest heroes in Azeroth and the only time he lost is because Tirion pulled out the Light from his arse and then the souls trapped pinned him for the Heroes to beat him to death. Mewtwo does have some amazing attacks and probably push him back, but Arthas just has too many dangerous spells, especially when he isn't toying with his opponent.Β

Arthas. Β We've trekked across the landscapes he's enslaved, and observed the armies he's raised. Β In the final show down against him, it turns out that we only got this far because he let us (leading to a Tirion Fordring Deus Ex Machina). Β In one of the newest pokemon movies, Mewtwo is almost taken down by one generic poacher, two pokemon, and couple of robot drones. Β It took (at least) 11 magical champions (plus minions) who kicked ass across the continent to fell Arthas.
Even if Mewtwo did somehow come up on top, his responsible and heroic nature would compel him to don the Helm of Domination, so that undead would not run rampant across either of their worlds. Β The Lich King still lives!

Mewtwo has better Mid Range, Augments, and takes the X-Factors Mental and Preparation
Arthas has better Pre-Battle, Long Range, Close Range, Soul Draining Spells/Minor Powers, Defense, and takes the X-Factors Physical, Psychological, and Energy Potential
Conclusion: The Lich King triumphs
