Description
The Scourge: The Scourge is one of the four major undead factions in the world of Azeroth, and their 'empire' is a major threat to all life on the planet. Lead by the despotic dread Lich King, they have built up a significant power base in the frozen north, where the Lich rules with an iron fist atop his frozen throne. A terrifying enemy, the Scourge threatens the world with a fate worse then death: Eternal Unlife in service to a cruel and terrible master.The Heartless: The embodiments of darkness that lies in the hearts of all creatures, they are totally devoid of emotions, and were thus named "Heartless". They are born either from the strong darkness found in an individual's heart, or from hearts that have been totally consumed by darkness. Traveling to various worlds with their Corridors of Darkness, the Heartless ravage every world they come across, endlessly searching for more hearts to consume.
Now, the forces of darkness will clash, and nightmares will be unleashed. Can the undead withstand the assault of beings without hearts? Can the Heartless overpower the might of the Lich King's armies? Both sides are going to do all they can, and all the forces of light and order should tremble in fear, for whoever wins will be both great and powerful. Truly they will be...

this would be more of aΒ war of attrition, Both sides have troops that can counter each other, But the heartless are more diverse in appear and skill. The scourge do have their Giants, The undead giants and dragons would even out the fight against heartless such as Darkside and Behemoths. But some of the Boss level heartless do posses destructive powers, Death knights and arthas can stand up to the those heartless. In the End though once the heartless set up a demon tower or demon tide, the heartless would overwhelm the scourge and win

For me, I've suggested Knack vs. the main villain from Big Hero 6.

The Heartless. You cannot kill a Heartless, just sort of dispel them for a while. There are also the particularly powerful Heartless like Ansem who can destroy worlds on their own.

Honestly, only Arthas would be powerful enough to stand up to higher level Heartless in battle, and I don't think he'd last long enough to make a lasting impact before the Darkness consumes him.

My god Im a fan of both and this has to be one of the hardest choices.... going for heartless they could control the darkness in arthas heart and change him into one of them?

The Heartless have managed to destroy galaxies worth of planets while the scourge couldnet even destroy one world.

Depends on if the heartless all start out as shadows, if so, then a stalemate like alteser23 said, if not, the heartless have a HUUUUUUUUUGE advantage, as a lot of the emblem heartless are VERY strong like the stealth sneak, volcanic and blizzard lords, and those GOD. DAMNED. HOT RODS! Not to mention the likes of the groundshaker (which might I remind you, is FREAKING HUGE!) and the grim reaper (who is invincible when even one cursed coin is removed from the chest) the emblem heartless alone are the strongest forces in the heartless arsenal.

It'll probably end in a stalemate. The heartless need hearts to change their forces, but they're fighting undead. And the undead can't replenish their forces with dead bodies because the heartless explode into a cloud of darkness.

well that depends on if they're fighting on both of their world. If we just shove them in an empty space and told them to fight then shit gets boring

Not completely true. EMBLEM Heartless are born from hearts being stolen. But, Pureblood heartless are just born from darkness, and ever replenishing with no known end.
