Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals.

Now we begin a new ear: Where the fates are reversed and those once thought lost rise to find themselves on the center stage!

This is a hypothetical Round 2, featuring two fighters who... well...

Shadow the Hedgehog: science experiment gone horribly wrong or terribly right, Shadow is one of the most powerful hedgehogs in the Sonic Universe. With the Chaos emeralds, he can slow down time, teleport himself and others massive distances, or become the mighty Super Shadow.

Spawn: Former government assassin, Albert Francis "Al" Simmons came back from the dead with the powers of hell at his command. Spawn would go on to betray the devil, and fight all kinds of evil both supernatural and not with his powerful necro-magic and enchanted suit; and deliver his own brand of justice to the world.

Now, as these two virtual juggernauts collide, who shall prevail? Will it be Shadow, who wields the forces of time and chaos themselves? Or Spawn, the man who's killed everything from devils to angels? Only time will tell, because only one of them can be--

THE DEADLIEST MORTAL!

Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.
