Raven: Magical expert of the Teen Titans, Raven is calm individual who must control her emotions to reign in her powers. Over the years, despite being the daughter of a terrible demon, Raven has made herself into a true hero.

Spawn: Former government hitman, Spawn is a demonically empowered super-solider fighting the powers of heaven and hell alike. He has battled devils, and toppled gods. With magic limited only to his imagination, there are few who can match Spawn in battle.

Now these two will face each other in the ring. Raven may be the daughter of a demon, but can she take down this hitman from hell? And while Spawn has battled his fair share of opponents, can he best a magic user like Raven? Only time will tell, as both sides unleash their full power, all to become...

Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.
