MACE POINT REQUESTThis is a 500 Mace Point Request from . He wanted me to try my hand at one of his characters and, feeling in a particularly darker mood, I choose Legolinear the Lich Lord. I'm pretty happy with how he turned out, I think I got a good feel for Legolinear now.

Liches in general are a real possibility in the world of Demordicai Diamonds, there might be a few in it alreadyand maybe in the actual story as well

Maybe he rules one island, and sends agents- so his interaction is indirect?

Something like that could have potential. Then of course there is the matter of how he would be treated by the other villains of Demordicai Diamonds (I don't think I've shown much about them at all). Something undead wouldn't be hard to fit in at all into the whole scheme of the villains and their plots and such

It's amazing how your art here has so much of the classic AD&D feel to it. After all of these years, it makes me wish I was involved in such a game. It just works so well.

The weird thing is, I haven't played a game of dungeons and dragons in years. I used to play with my brothers and their friends years ago when I was a kid but the group has since then broken up. Oh, all the horrible deaths I suffered from yeti to magic mirrors to party pyromancers with extremely bad aim. All good fun though I think I only survived one or two games to the end of the quest.
I've been wanting to host a game sometime but creating it my scratch is fairly hard work for me. I won't the mechanics to be simple and easy to understand but complex enough to have lots of possibilities (luckily I have the dice for everything). The other problem is getting players, the social groups I had back when I was in school have pretty much disbanded and everyone has gone their own separate ways except for Professor Awesome. We're kinda working on it here and there on making it but we've restarted the project about 3 times now.
