I could probably teach Imperial dragonrage though....
...nah, that move sucks, it's fixed damage.
Dragonbreath is the move I have him use the most, since it usually has good damage. I'm sure glad it has a lot of power points (number of uses).
Also mostly because it's one of his better moves.
Earthquake is limited in it's effect against certain types.
Sandstorm is a field changing move.
And Hyper Beam leaves him vulnerable for a turn. It's good against a lot of types though, but useless on the Rock and Ghost ones.
