I use Rose Art markers, and a Sharpy every once in a while.

Miscolored wings or no (I actually dig that shade of sea-green), this Charizard displays an elegance of pose & design almost completely absent from canon Poke'art. And while my fave's always been Gyarados, Scyther's fairly slick as well.
