Added 7/2/08And here is a Dug character, while I'm at the Star Wars stuff.
He's a captain on a smuggler ship, I'm thinking.I think the "legs" are too long, or the "arms" too short-I can't decide which.
Dugs get a bad rap for being bad tempered. Well, I'll tell ya, if some three-eyed, goat faced aliens settled on your planet without so much as a "by your leave," and you got in a war, which was then settled by a bunch of other aliens, and they gave the Invaders your planet...
You'd be pretty pissed, too.

I personally think that you got the limb proportions spot on.
Yeah, the Dugs haven't had a good history, so it's understandable why they'd be pissed off at everyone, the Gran in particular.
But at least they get equality and representation in the senate in New Galactic Republic.
And man, I LOVE your Dug clothing design. It is so cool when you look at it, and then you think "Duh, of course they'd use gloves as shoes!"
They are an arboreal species after all, so gloves look stylish on them.
And finally, I guess that sign he's giving everyone really is universal after all.

That's a good thing, I suppose. At least now they get an equal say in what goes on on their own planet!
I'm glad the clothes "work." Dug anatomy is fun to figure out how to clothe, let me tell ya! I do like the glove-shoes. I thought I was being clever, and that doesn't happen too often. XD
Hehe, that's supposed to be his index finger-but with four fingers, I guess it would count for that one, too! I didn't even think of that. XD

The thing you've got to remember is that Dugs don't really have legs. They're arboreal (tree dwellers), which means they have two sets of arms.
Because of the high gravity of their home planet, they prefer to walk on their stronger forelimbs and use their weaker hind limbs to manipulate objects.

The last time I saw a Dug, was Sibulba. I love how Lucas designed them.
