Added 12/2/12Alright, this one is one they made for the HTTYD video games. They haven't appeared anywhere else, as far as I know, and I haven't played the game so I don't know much about them.
I DID like the way they looked, though, so I drew one.

The Grapple Grounder is one of my favorite dragons in HTTYD. I was pretty upset that they didn't show up on the shows or movie. Nice art btw

It stinks that Dreamworks only made the Grapple Grounder appear in the game. But it's still a cool dragon. The only thing though, is that they never mentioned what class of dragon the Grapple Grounder is in. Anyway, good job.

I havent played either, but many fans say the golden dragon impaled in the Viking Great Hall is a Grapple Grounder.

Grapple Grounders have such a cool design, and you did a great job capturing it. This, for me, is the only in the franchise I like more than the Deadly Nadder. Shame we can't be certain if he's cannon. Though, when they star up Dragon Masters, I would laugh like madman if Heather rode in on one of these.
