Thank you for your creation! I thought it was oil at first but I read acrylic! I've always wanted to figure out how to do that ( kind of a medium illusion) and you've shown it can be done. How large is this painting?

The size is mentioned in the descriprion, but maybe it is better for you to know in inches: 39 x 47"
So it is not small. I paint with a lot of layers, using tranparent, semi-transparent and opaque mixtures of colors, but no special medium.
For the raw textures I using bristle brushes. One to paint, a second clean brush to comminute the fresh color.

Beautiful and Thank you for the info. I had a professor in college years back who could do a similar technique with oils and I thought it could only be done that way. You show a mastery and understanding of the medium. Ill keep practicing !
