If there's one thing I'd suggest it's that her upper body and her leg don't look entirely in proportion, the leg looks rather small & up very high, it might just be the combination of the pose and where the clothing falls.

Yes and no. Yes there are many manga/anime creations on DA that get DDs, but there are a lot of other genre's that get DDs too, including photo manipulation which you seem to do.
HOWEVER! That being said, this is a beautiful drawing that must have taken some time and I don't think I have ever seen that exact picture before or anything remotely close to it.
Point is, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
